Policies

• To secure your appointment slot, a nonrefundable deposit of $20 is required. You can make the payment via PayNow/PayLah to Kim at 82338600. Slots are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis, and "soft" reservations are not accepted.

• We operate a home-based lash salon that is cat-friendly. If you have concerns about cats and would prefer us to keep them away during your visit, kindly inform us in advance.

• We schedule one appointment at a time, as we have only one lash technician available. If you wish to book multiple or buddy sessions, they can be scheduled consecutively, depending on availability.

• The duration of each service typically ranges from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the chosen style, the number of natural lashes, and whether the removal of existing lash extensions is necessary.

• Rescheduling of appointments can be done once, provided it is made at least four (4) days in advance, subject to availability. Failure to meet this notice period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• If you are running late, a grace period of 5 minutes will be allowed. Beyond that, the service time may be shortened (resulting in a less full lash set), or in some cases, the appointment may be canceled with deposits forfeited if the remaining time is insufficient for a proper lash service.

• Kindly be aware that wearing masks throughout the lash service is mandatory due to the presence of an elderly individual at home. Additionally, we do not allow any companions to wait in our premises during the appointment.

• It is advisable to arrive with clean lashes, free from makeup, sunblock, and eyeshadow, as this will help ensure better lash retention. In case of heavy makeup application, a $10 cleaning fee will be added as it requires additional time and resources during the lash appointment.

• Please refrain from scheduling an appointment if you have undergone a lash lift within the past 3-6 months. Additional charges may be applied, depending on the complexity of working with previously lifted lashes.

• In case you have had any type of eye or eyelid surgery in the last 3-6 months, it is strongly advised to seek guidance from your physician before making an appointment. We cannot assume responsibility for any complications or infections that may occur without the approval of your doctor.

• If, by any chance, the lash technician is unavailable, appointments may be subject to adjustments owing to unforeseen situations.

• All balance payments must be made immediately after the service before leaving the premises; no delayed or installment payments are allowed.

• First-time customers are required to complete a waiver form prior to their lash session.
